Our unique Switch Up items are made to order and production times may take up to 2-3 weeks, after which we will allocate additional time for shipping. UK Shipping:

For all UK orders, we offer the following shipping options:
Standard shipping (Eco) 5-7 days: £3
Express shipping 3-5 days: £5

International Shipping:

For international orders, we offer standard shipping with a flat rate of £10. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on your location and any customs processing times.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your Switch Focus purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a stress-free refund or exchange. Please contact us at info@switch-focus.co.uk with your order number and reason for return or exchange, and we'll provide you with further instructions. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
For Switch Ups, we can only accept products that have not been worn and for cases where there is an issue with the product. We're unable to accept returns for sizing-related issues.
